WHO Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
The guidelines have been developed in close collaboration with other international agencies and organizations, and major donors with strong country inputs. The focus is on national level monitoring
MEASURE Evaluation is the USAID Global Health Bureau's primary vehicle for supporting improvements in monitoring and evaluation in population, health and nutrition worldwide. They help to identify data needs, collect and analyze technically sound data, and use that data for health decision making. The website contains a range of publications and tools.
UNAIDS Monitoring and evaluation guidance and tools
- 12 Components M&E System Assessment - Guidelines to support preparation, implementation and follow up activities
It provides step-by-step instructions, as well as a structured questionnaire that can be used to guide the assessment process. These Guidelines are meant for both the facilitators of such national HIV M&E system assessments and for those individuals and organisations who participate in such an assessment process at the national level, decentralised government level and the HIV service delivery level.
